This Privacy Policy describes how Świat F1 (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) handles data when interacting with Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Threads) via the Meta Graph API and Threads API. This application is a private automation tool used for publishing Formula 1 news and updates.

We only access and collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide automation services via our private n8n instance. This includes:
- Public Profile Information: To identify the connected pages/accounts.
- Access Tokens: To authenticate and perform actions (posting content) on your behalf.
- Content Data: Text, images, and videos provided by the user for the purpose of publishing.
- We do not collect personal data from third-party visitors of our website or social media followers.
3. How We Use Data
The data collected is used strictly for the following purposes:
- To automate the posting of Formula 1 related content to Facebook, Instagram, and Threads.
- To monitor the status of posts and manage engagement (comments/messages) related to the published content.
4. Data Storage and Security
All access tokens and credentials are stored securely within a private, self-hosted instance of n8n. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties.
5. Data Deletion and Revocation
Users can request the deletion of their data or revoke the App’s access at any time:
- Revoking Access: You can revoke the App’s permissions through your Facebook/Instagram account settings under “Security and Login” > “Apps and Websites”.
Data Deletion Request: To request the deletion of any stored tokens or configuration data, please contact the administrator at filimonau.dev@gmail.com. Data will be removed from our internal database within 48 hours.
